At Piney Creek Square Integrative Veterinary Medicine, we value the companionship you share with your pets. And because we care about your furry family members almost as much as you do, we are offering Wellness Plans. Our intention behind these plans is to offer a cost-effective method to our clients so that their pets can receive a similar level of care we, as veterinary professionals, provide for our own four-legged kids. Prevention is the key. Since our patients cannot tell us what is bothering them, and many of them hide health issues until it’s too late, early diagnosis through lab work and frequent exams provides a better outcome for any disease we treat.
Our Wellness Plans are NOT pet insurance.
These plans are annually renewal preventative health plans that allow you to spread the cost of veterinary care over 12 months with

Preventive care seeks to prevent illness through regular examinations, vaccinations, screenings, and other medical procedures so you have information about the pet’s body, organs, and overall health. Regular, thorough examinations and measurement changes in a pet’s health can help detect issue earlier, and treatment can begin sooner to avoid care becoming costlier in the future. This approach to pet healthcare is called preventive care.
No, only services that were performed during the appointment at the time of enrollment or within 364 days after signing up on a plan can be included as part of a plan. Services from previous appointments are not eligible.
No, the services must be used within 1 year from the date of enrollment.
These are package-priced plans, and we are unable to remove any items from the package. If a patient has vaccinations waived, then a Wellness Plan may not be well suited as there may not be sufficient value.
COHAT and anesthesia covers the dental scaling, polishing, dental x-rays, and the anesthesia during the procedure for cats and dogs with minor dental disease. The COHAT and anesthesia does not include any extractions, periodontal injections, or medications to go home. Dental disease graded higher than minor may have additional charges.
